Grouped together, this called the Provider.Unlike commercial loan programs, or other so-called funding resources that advertise on the Internet, THIS program is By-Invitation only, and is NOT a loan program. It is non-repayable.While the funding is granted to the project, it is carefully monitored to make sure that funds are being disbursed and used solely for the intended purpose as listed in the business plan. Of course, there are always adjustments to a business plan, as it is a living document, but it is the one place where all aspects of the project are integrated (see attached Preferred Format for Business Plans). The idea is that someone who knows nothing about the details and specifics can read the plan and understand what you are trying to do, how you will do it, with whom you will do it, and how will it meet the stated goals of the project.For example, if you were to be trying to place an Internet-connected laptop to every child in a village, and engage teachers who would teach them in concert with an on-line system, you would need to show how you will use the funds; i.e. buying the laptops, distributing them, teaching the children how to use them, and then monitoring them to track their progress and help them succeed (staff/personnel). What we are looking for is projects that will have humanitarian benefit, such as a hospital in an under-served area; a project that would be beneficial to the environment; a program for jobs-creation. Each project owner needs to show that the business plan has been thoroughly developed, and the financial needs of the project are spelled out clearly with defined milestones where an additional tranche of the funding would be needed. The criteria for funding under this Program are:•The project must truly benefit humanity and/or the environment. •It also must make business sense, in that it is constructed to become self-sustaining without the need for additional funds beyond the first. •It must be a project that has qualified, experienced and a solid management team to build the businessGenerally, the minimum cost of a project should be AT LEAST EUR 200 M and up. The program has funded programs around the globe into the hundreds of Billions. .There are two essential items that need to be provided for review and preliminary approval-in-principle: •An Initial Submission Form: This is required to evaluate your projects merits and financial plans. This needs to be completed with answers to each question, or space for number, plugged in directly. (Please note, the funding program will not accept an Initial Submission Form that references see attached the numbers and data need to be plugged in to this form).•An INTEGRATED Business Plan (IBP): A plan that incorporates financial cash flow needs of the project. This IBP may not exceed 44 pages, to include the financial projections. (See Format of an acceptable Business Plan)

Bank Instruments Bullet Programs. Why do they come about?I get a lot of requests from would-be clients wanting to go directly into a "Bullet" program. 99.99% of these requests just are not possible to fill, EXCEPTWhen the banker orders paper through his 4 active worldwide commitments, that paper passes through his 5 groups which then either distribute to other traders, or use in their own managed buy/sells. Sometimes, a secondary buyer fails to perform after the commitment has been made, leaving the banker in the position of using his money to purchase the paper that was ordered on behalf of the non-performing buyer. There is now an 'oversupply' of paper that must be sold by incentivizing managed buy/sell clients in the form of a "Bullet". These generally last anywhere from 1 to 5 days, or until the oversupply has been sold off. The Bullet then ends. Fast. Like a speeding bullet.:) When a client insists on coming in to a Bullet, the only chance of that happening is if there happens to be one running at the moment the client comes in. That's a matter of chance. By the time word of the Bullet inevitably gets out to the intermediary world, the program has come and gone. Timing is everything.

Private means that the opportunity must not and cannot be discussed in a public forum, other than an informal discourse such as this.This is an arena reserved for the Ultra High Net Worth Individual with the cash assets to meet the minimum amount acceptable, typically 100 Million Euro or similar currency equivalent. Euro is the overwhelmingly acceptable currency.A trade program, or sometimes called a Managed Buy/Sell program, involves several people with different roles.First, of course, is the Trader who is behind the scenes doing the day-to-day action, buying then selling at a profit various instruments. Working With Brokers ABOUT WORKING WITH INTERMEDIARIES/BROKERSI hate broker chains, and I usually do not work with anyone who is not the principal or his direct representative. I have learned the hard way that a referral to a broker who has a broker who knows the representative is never successful. 100% of the time. I need people in my network who are doing the hard work of making sure the person I might be speaking with, has the authority to sign a contract and write a check. Someone who knows someone who knows someone is always a dead end and a waste of time for everyone. DON'T BE AN INTERFERIARY My specific request is that you only send me the legal signatory or no further than his legal representative.If you want to make money, you've GOT to be dealing with the real Signatory Principal, AND once the introduction is made, you've got to get the hell out of the way.. Please screen harder. Don't send me names of other brokers to talk to. I won't waste my time on the brokers who know someone who might know someone.Bottom line is this: If YOU are not absolutely DIRECT (direct meaning there is no other person betweeen you and the PRINCIPAL- no broker, no brother-in-law or Partner/associate/colleague), please do not waste your time or ours.PLEASE NOTE: Because of certain very senior relationships, anyone who presents documents from a principal that turn out to be falsified, unauthorized, altered, sanitized, is reported directly to Interpol and other federal authorities based on their country. We do NOT TOLERATE the passing of a Principal's information that was not authorized by that person. Our preliminary due diligence on every transaction is to contact the person listed as the principal to verify and authenticate that the documents we have received are authorized and legitimate. Those who fear circumvention generally have no real direct relationship.REFERRAL FEESThere is a huge misconception that a referral fee is supposed to be a share of the whole pie. This is wishful thinking and dreaming. A referral is when a connection introducing two parties is made. It does NOT entitle an Introducing broker to fully share in the fees. The amount of work and time involved in making a real transaction happen is where the heavy lifting is done. Those are the people who share based on a fee agreement that is negotiated between the appropriate parties. Discussion of fees NEVER should be the first question from a broker. When a intermediary asks me about FEES before making an introduction, I know they are a complete novice and have no notion of the codes of conduct in this work nor clue.An experienced buyer or principal is well aware that fees will need to be paid. It is uncouth and unsophisticated for a broker to discuss fees prior to there being a deal.
