You have found the front door to him.IF you are a financially qualified individual who is NOT a resident of the United States, you can indeed be considered for these by-invitation-only programs.The US, for the time being has blocked United States citizens.The G20 Rules for the FED program require that a prospective participant in a PPP can use only Gold Bullion (in a bank vault), or CASH Assets that are physically on the books of a top 25 world bank. All other assets require 'monetization'. Certain lesser-ranked banks may also be acceptable, but are reviewd on a case by case basis.Bank Instruments such as BG's, MTN's, and other non-cash instruments may NOT be used to put into trade: these instruments must have a line of credit against them, from which the credit line is drawn down in cash, placed in the owner's account, and blocked for the period of the trade program-- typically 40 weeks.We are connected directly with THE provider who, AFTER the client passes mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures may put up their line of credit for a trade program. 80% or more of this profit is to fund projects.There are a mere handful of highly placed individuals who have the true access to the trade platform owner. Certain other trade platforms may have different policies as to what they will accept, however our private banker follows the G20 and Fed rules exactly.12 BASIC RULES FOR ENGAGING IN PRIVATE PLACEMENT PARTICIPATIONBefore ANYTHING else, you must be aware that submitting the required initial documents to us is a direct submission to the platform. When the platform receives the paperwork, they assume that the client will continue to provide, sign and return the necessary documents all the way until the trading begins. Because many clients freeze at the last moment, AFTER they have cleared compliance, they are listed as non-performers and will never be able to trade again in this arena. 1.BE ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN AND CLEAR: Once you are sent the contract from the platform, you MUST complete the transaction. Failure to do that will be a lifetime ban from being invited again in the future. The expectation is simple: Complete the transaction all the way.2. The client's bank MUST be a top 50 WORLD CLASS BANK with SWIFT capabilities. The asset or even the cash is worthless unless the bank is big enough and will stand behind it with full bank responsibility. If the bank is not strong enough to stand on its own OR if it is not a North American, Australian or Western European Bank, it may have to get a corresponding bank in the West to stand behind the asset with full bank responsibility3.It can NOT be a bank from a Communist Country or most third world countries4.Chinese citizens with Mainland Chinese Money (including Heritage money) may participate (subject to change without notice) as we CAN verify via the 800 screen. Mainland Chinese money is blocked with a Internal Blocked Funds Letter.5.The only assets that may be used to enter a PPP are Cash, Gold Bullion in a top Bank with a full 5-page SKR, BG, CD, MTN, SBLC, T-Bills and of course Cash. The bank that is blocking the BG, CD, MTN, SBLC, T-Bills or Cash (the client's bank) MUST stand behind the asset (or cash) WITH FULL BANK RESPONSIBILITY. This uses an MT-760, or if the cash is in one of our trading banks, Internal Blocked Funds.6.If the bank is not strong enough to stand on its own OR if it is not a North American, Australian or Western European Bank, it may have to get a corresponding bank in the West to stand behind the asset with full bank responsibility. 7.If the asset does not belong to you as the beneficial owner you MAY NOT USE it. It cannot be assigned to you. We are only able to deal DIRECTLY with the owner. In fact, the only person we will respond to is the actual owner of the instrument or their legal representative. No one else. 8.The asset will be blocked for one year and one day. Therefore the asset/instrument must have one year remaining on it before we can use it 9.The bank MUST be able to block the asset with a SWIFT or the Euroclear/DTC procedure, or Bank Courier an traders acceptable format for Blocked Funds.10.If the asset is Gold, Hallmark Documents will have to be produced in the form of the 5-page Safe Keeping Receipt (SKR). 11.The infamous 10 or 12 screen method (used by UBS & ABN AMRO) to block an asset or cash, is NEVER accepted. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY ASSETS FROM ABN AMRO OR UBS WHATSOEVER. 12.We block the clients asset in their own account and use our Lines of Credit to trade on behalf of the client in our Managed Buy/Sell. It does not matter what the asset (or cash) is that you are blocking for the Buy/Sell's Credit Line, as long as the bank with full banking responsibility is strong enough to back it up.

Infrastructure Project Funding The Humanitarian Infrastructure Funding Program whom we work was designed in concert with the International Monetary Fund, a Top 4 World Bank, a special Trading platform, and the Program Management. Grouped together, this called the Provider.Unlike commercial loan programs, or other so-called funding resources that advertise on the Internet, THIS program is By-Invitation only, and is NOT a loan program.
